Chicken Fried Rice is a famous international dish with very enhanced flavors. The dish is liked by the people of Asia as well. Here is the easy recipe to make out the dish.

- Boiled Rice – 1/2 kg
- Eggs – 2
- Oil – As required
- Chopped Spring onion – 2
- Boneless Boiled Chicken – 100 gm
- Chopped Cabbage – 1/2
- Small Chopped Carrot – 2
- Soya Sauce – 2 table’s spoon
- Salt – As per taste
- Black Pepper – 1/2 Tea’s spoon
- White Vinegar – 4 table’s spoon
- Heat 1 table’s spoon oil & fry the eggs.
- Make the small pieces of fried eggs.
- Now preheat remaining oil and fry chicken, spring onion, cabbage, carrot for two minutes.
- Now add soya sauce, white vinegar, black pepper, salt & cook for two minutes.
- Mow combine rice with fried eggs & cook it for a while then steam it.
- Chicken fried rice is ready to serve.
- For making delicious meal use chili sauce.
