Pakistan Super LeagueIn 2016, Pakistan is going to do blast in Twenty20 cricket because Pakistan’s first twenty 20 league name as Pakistan Super League will be held on February.

Twenty20 cricket introduced in 2003 by England Cricket Board (ECB). Twenty20 cricket is the shortest official format of the sports in the comparison of 50 overs one-day international or test matches. In the recent year, the twenty20 cricket is becoming famous because of its fast pace and intensity, both teams try to score maximum runs in the short allotted. India and other major countries like Australia and England are managing and set up professional Twenty20 league so here Pakistan is launching his first league in 2016.

There is a lot of security concern in Pakistan that’s why the league won’t actually be played in Pakistan it will be held in United Arab Emirates from Feb 4 to Feb 24 in 2016. As we all know this is the first year of this league so the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said, The league will have five teams or franchises, from each province we create one team and the fifth one is from Islamabad to representing the capital of Pakistan. The interesting thing is when the league launched; this will be the second top league all over the world after India Premiere League (IPL) said Najam Sethi.

Mr. Sethi of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) also said, “Around 120 foreign players have signed for this league including the high profile players like West Indies’ Chris Gayle and Kevin Petersen from England. This tournament will be played in two venues Dubai and Sharjah. Lots of cricket fans are living in UAE so Pakistan cricket authorities try to attract huge crowd as much as they can. One official said. “It’s not just the hundreds of thousands of Pakistanis there. [The] U.A.E. is a huge cricket market with fans from all over the world.”

“Absolutely buzzing to be a part of the Pakistani mela [festival] coming up in February,” said by Kavin Peterson
